We have multiple teams working over different US time zones (EST, PST, CST, MST). Each member of a team works 9 hrs a day (45hrs/ week). Our shift timings are:

EST: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

PST: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

CST: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

MST: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

11. What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds on already paid invoices, however you can test-drive our services free for first week. If you do not like any of our recruiters or account managers, we offer free replacement until you are satisfied or else you can tell us anytime to cancel the service.

All quoted prices are inclusive of Everything (Service, Infrastructure, Equipment & Taxes). In-case you scale up or scale down any of our services, price will be adjusted accordingly.

16. What is your Holiday schedule offshore?

We observe a total of 8 holidays per USA calendar year in every contract. The break-up is as follows:

US – 8 per year, namely – New Year (1st January), Good Friday (25th Mar), Memorial Day (30th May), Independence Day (4th July), Labor Day (5th Sept), Thanksgiving (Thursday & Friday) & Christmas (25th December).

17. How do I ensure the best performance from my team?

We provide real time analytics and reporting to measure your team performance. Your account manager will send you weekly and monthly reports of progress with detailed insights.

18. How long does it take to setup your services?

Setup time is subject to each client requirements and may change, but in most cases, following is expected

On-Demand RPO: 2-3 Days

19. What minimum information do you need from a client to setup any of your service?

You can start instantly with 2-3 virtual recruiters. If needed more, we require a minimum of 72 hours to scale up.

23. What percentage of your recruiting staff speaks English?

All of our recruitment staff is proficient in reading writing and speaking fluent English.

24. What are the general qualification of your recruiting staff?

All our recruiting staff are either graduates or post graduates with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of Bachelor’s degree.

25. What all major job boards licenses/subscriptions do you have?

26. How do you bill your client?

We bill our clients on monthly basis. For “RecruiterNow” service, full monthly payment is required in advance.

27. How do you submit resumes to the client?

Client will be provided an access to a dedicated cloud based Teamwork system for free. If client prefer regular Email, we are happy to do so.

28. What If I want my recruiters to use my company domain for mailing?

To do so, you need to provide us access to your mail server, our network team will take care the rest.

29. How do I control my team?

You will be assigned with a dedicated Account Manager to report progress. If you opt for our Teamwork System, you can track your team online.
